​Samuel is a licensed Attorney in the State of Ohio, a member of the Toledo Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association. Sam’s primary area of practice is criminal law. Sam is a three-time graduate of the University of Toledo, graduating
with Bachelor’s in Philosophy 2016, a Master’s in Philosophy in 2018, and finally a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2021.

While attending the College of Law, Sam was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court. He also interned at the Toledo Legal Aid Society, where he was awarded the Neil Light Memorial Scholarship. Currently, Sam is also employed part-time through the Toledo Legal Aid Society as a Public Defender in the Common Pleas division.

When he's not in the office, Sam enjoys playing tennis, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, Alli, and daughter, Lola.
