Misdemeanor
Felony
- First-Degree Misdemeanors are punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000.00 fine
- Second-Degree Misdemeanors are punishable by up to 3 months in jail and a $750.00 fine
- Third-Degree Misdemeanors are punishable by up to 2 months in jail and a $500 fine
- Fourth-Degree Misdemeanors are punishable by 1 month in jail and a $250.00 fine
- Minor-Misdemeanor is punishable by up to a $1,000.00 fine
Felony
- First-Degree Felonies are punishable by 3 years to 11 years
- Second-Degree Felonies are punishable by 2 years to 8 years
- Third-Degree Felonies are punishable by 9 months to 3 years
- Fourth-Degree Felonies are punishable by 6 months to 18 months
- Fifth-Degree Felonies are punishable by 6 months to 12 months
