Paul is a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association. Paul graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and later graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law. 

While attending UT College of Law, Paul interned with Lucas County Children Services as well as Legal Aid of Western Ohio in the Domestic Relations department. After graduation Paul worked as a Public Defender Fellow for the Toledo Legal Aid Society. 

While not in the office Paul enjoys playing board games with his brothers, and spending time with his wife Gaby and their three dogs, Buddha, Tedward, and Ruthie and two cats, Stumbles and Murdoch.
